Today I was told that UCF is insane with lil freshman running around--haha. Thank God I'm done with that—at least till Jan. (God willing I'll get in to the Masters program and finish in a reasonable amount of time).

I really hope everyone who Is still there finishes sooooonnn and moves on to bigger and better things.

I just woke up a lil while ago to the sound of the lovely gardener and his mower.

I guess I need to write these entries like a journal--but a journal that everyone will read. So here goes:

If anyone was wondering, I'm an RN (registered nurse), I work at Florida Hospital Altamonte in ICU/CCU (intensive care unit/critical care unit). I work night: 7pm-7am 3days a week, so I'm "off" for 4 days--sweet huh? 

I'm trying to do something useful with my time off-- right now i'm trying to get settled. When I was packing, I found some interesting books that were passed on to me, some i picked up and some i have no idea where they came from--mostly on Islam. I was really inspired by our MSA  to go on my own quest, so if anyone has anything that they would like to pass on to me, i'm all ears.

In the mean time, I'm still trying to unpack-- I bought a house out in the Altamonte Springs area, just built--pretty cute. I just had my projector & screen installed and I'm getting my speakers mounted and all that other stuff set up within a week (iA).

I still can't decide on a sofa--if anyone has any hook ups PLEASE let me know. Then I can have a lil BBQ or something. Definitely want to have a big SuperBowl party--its freaking insane how the game would look on my monster screen.

Anyways I need to get ready for work.

Can't wait till ISNA, I was checking out the lecture topics, some i know i will try to get there much sooner--last time i missed 2 or 3 becuase the room was too full .

Sorry, I really didn't know what I should write about--maybe someone can give me a hint.
